Our puppies are sold with a one-week trial period, during which time the buyer is required to take the puppy to a vet of their choice to be examined. If the buyer is not satisfied with the puppy they may return it at their expense, any time during the trial period for a full refund or a replacement provided that the puppy is accompanied by a veterinarian certificate outlining the problem.
All Taygold pet puppies are guaranteed against crippling hereditary defects for five years from the date of sale. Puppies so affected will be replaced, but Taygold maintains the right to obtain a second opinion from a veterinarian of their choice at the owner's expense. This includes conditions such as severe hip dysplasia according to OFA readings and crippling hereditary eye problems such as severe juvenile cataracts and progressive retinal atrophy as determined by a certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist.
